Returns

Everything on our website is made at the time it's ordered. We don't keep any inventory on hand, and because of this, we don't accept returns. But look, we want you to love everything you order from us. If you get it and you hate it for whatever reason, please reach out and give us the chance to make it better for you.

 

Defective Product Replacement:

Sometimes crap happens and things gets messed up. It doesn't happen often, but in the rare event that you receive a defective product, we are sorry! Call or email us within 14 days of getting your order. We will either replace the item or provide a refund. Here's what to do:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, reach out to our customer support team at info@coasttocoastpickleball.com. To make it easy, provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.

  2. We will ask for pictures that clearly show the defect. Our expert team will review these photos.

  3. If the defect is verified, we will give you the option of a replacement or a refund. Please note that replacement items will be subject to the same production and shipping timelines as the original order.
